While the campaign mostly focused on the upward HCAS, other professions such as nurses, Philiotom doctors and administration employees benefited.

Christina Magania, Secretary -General of UNISon, praised the campaign during a major speech at the conference.

It announced that the Federation has won up to 154 million pounds at the back for health employees, putting the money in pockets of up to 40,000 health workers.

Msanea said: “Some had to take over the strike, and others were able to use the threat of walking to win a fair wage and wage.

“But what everyone shares is the branches and areas of complete harmony that are ready to fight, who are organized and who are determined to win members.”

The lady said in a place that she saw directly last year, why was there a need to combat a payment to care for patients when she was visiting her husband in the hospital in the past few months of his life.

She said, “I met a specialist, when my husband was in the hospital. She came regularly to find the vein in his arm,” she said.

It has been brought by nurses specialized in this wing because of her skills.

“When I spoke to her for those weeks, she was still the second band.”

The live broadcast was played at the conference of those on the sit -in line, which received an existing applause from the members of the Federation.

Meanwhile, Msanea also praised HCAS, which is scheduled to strike on Thursday in Nottingham.

She said: “Your union is in solidarity with you all.”

Helga Pile, the National Health Secretary at Unison, led a salute to all members of health who have taken industrial measures during the past year.

She referred to the campaigns of Louisham and Greench HCAS, the support workers in Grimsby, and Manchester Mental Health Assistants in Manchester, Sari and Sex Healthcare, among others.

Mrs. Balaa added: “We all know that it requires a tremendous courage and a determination to go out in the strike and continue to go out as long as it takes, regardless of what the employer throws on you.

“We commend the health members here who have exhausted all other options and found themselves without another option other than taking measures to defend themselves and what is true.”
