SHS, City Blocks Wellness Center to launch mental health initiative for teen girls | News

Selma High School (SHS) and the Fixing Your Crown Partnership will be launched, a new teenage mental health initiative on Tuesday 11 February from 12:30 to 2:30 pm

A press statement from SS cited at the National Statistics Center Data Center (NCES), saying that although girls in middle and secondary schools show less physical aggressive behavior than boys who tend to engage in the “Apartion” aggression, such as spreading rumors and excluding others from social meetings groups groups .

The press statement said: “Reforming your crown” aims to enhance the emotional luxury of girls.

“We understand that teenagers and adolescents are facing a great social, emotional and academic pressures today,” said Dr. Rose Irbie Wilkins, founder and head of the City Bedouk Wells Center.

“This cooperative initiative with the young Selma Secondary School provides the space and resources they need to develop a positive mentality, move in difficult emotions, and develop a healthy feeling in particular. By focusing on emotional wellness and flexibility, we put the basis for future leaders who will face the confidence of any challenges.”

The program seeks to help teenage girls through interactive workshops, counseling sessions, well -being training, peer support networks, and digital resources.
